How do I fix "video buffering" stops and starts?

Most of the time that happens because the internet speed is to slow. Which means you are not receiving the downstream data as fast as the player is running so the player stops and waits on the data to catch up causing buffering. Check your internet speed and if it's slower than it should be then call your internet provider.
