How to treat powdered chlorine in eye?

I was treating the pool with powdered chlorine when a gust of wind blew it into my eye. My eye burns and my vision is blurred. I have already rinsed it with water for 15 minutes and put in all purpose eye drops, but my vision is still foggy. What else can I do to treat my eye? Please list sources when possible.
