Major buffering on some YouTube videos while other's don't buffer at all? Attached pictures...?

You're loading one video, so the first video gets all the transfer rates while the second video gets fewer. It could be that your connection isn't that fast enough to transfer same speed for both videos. It's normal, don't worry.
