Strange haunting, named after the bible?

I am named after the bible, I won't say my name but my initials are jss. I have 4 odd birth marks one in the middle of my right hand on the palm and top. One large birthmark where Jesus was stabed by the spear. The strangest one I removed a growth that looked like a tear under my right eye. I have always thought it was unusal. But i have had odd hauntings all my life mostly harmless I have woke up and opened my eyes to see a smiling face that then looked surprised and vanished twice when I was younger. Cabinets would open and close in the middle of the night it bothered me till I told it to stop and it did. Now I'm 30 and at night I have a feeling something is running though me on many times. Well I ignored it and one day it did it over n over I was still ignoring it then it pulled my blanket up I looked it was a old man with long hair and beard but I closed my eyes fast and told it to stop and it did. But it still messes with me now n then I have not told anyone much about the stuff that happens, other stuff has happened but I will keep that to myself. But one time I thought about killing myself and I went to bed with my girlfriend. Out of nowhere a banjo played for a moment, then a gust of wind... Some feeling I should not look down the hallway but I did and there was a huge black dog walking low to the floor slowly to me and stopped around 6 feet from me still low to the floor staring at me and dissaperd. Some other people have witnessed some of this stuff. Should I get a exersest or what? Do you think being named after the bible and the birthmarks have something to do with it? I'm so confused
