The new m17x alienware or thet apple macbook pro 15"?

Hi.. i wanna buy one of these.. m17x or macbook pro 15.. i wanna play games (black ops) and to surf the web and do some school work and photos .. what would be the best? i rely love apple but i gust not that sure if i should buy it over the alienware.. plz help
