Youtube Running Slow?

I have a rather new Macbook Pro and i dont have alot of the memory used up on it. Youtube is running very slow for me. The videos play for about 20 seconds and then it starts to buffer. Now i have cleared my cache twice and reinstalled the adobe flash player and cleaned up my whole computer. When i restarted it youtube was still slow. I dont know what to do.
