Is there any way to stop the wireless fluxuations as it is causeing a live stream to lag?

I am watching a live stream so i cant let it buffer and the wireless connection in task manager, networking keeps jumping from around 1.1 % to 0.3 % and when it gets low it lags. any idea on how to get it stay anywhere above 0.7 %?
