RealPlayer Downloader is downloading commercials instead of videos?

How can I make it get the video? I've never had this problem on Youtube, even when the videos do have commercials. I did have it happen to me on Viddler, but I just clicked ahead to an un-buffered part of the video and then back to 0:00 and that worked. Today I tried on UStream.tv and got commercials. Tried to skip around in the video, but still got the same thing. Am I just not going to be able to get videos from UStream? Is there a way to make RealPlayer do it? Is there some alternative freeware I can use?
