How to get my mom to let me out side in til Sunday ?

I am goundid intil Sunday my friend gust nock on my door to see if I COOD hang out with him and I ask my mom if I can hang out and she ses no I sed can I go on the porch and the ANSER IS NO!! How do I get ungoundid I play golf but that's the only time I have out side and when I play golf I can't play with my friends so ya pls HELP PLS HELP
