Can a 15 year old get a ticket for accidentaly dropping a can?

me and my friend were walking out of a state park a accidentally dropped a can then a group of Rangers said to pick it up so we did with out complaining then they called use over there then started to yell at use the said we would receive a ticket and we would be unwelcome to go there and out of the blue they gust yelled go home so we left the i thought about it isn't that a form of harassment gust to threaten two 15 year old boys with a ticket and not being allowed back?! They also had a open beer on the back of there truck!! I mean what the heck man thay scared me half to death and we picked up the can rite after thay said so i didn't say any thing mean about them i need some help i was going to call city commissioner who is a good friend of my mom i need help!! please!
