set your goals.Do a 30 min workout every weekday which includes core exercises like sit ups, crunches ect. look it up on the internet for a good workout. also make sure you eat a good diet that includes pleanty of fibre , fruit and veg and also plenty of protein. try and squeeze in some cardio such as running or swimming at least 3 times a week. good look, youll be looking fab in no time!
