Really need some advice - Are theses signs of Cancer? No giggling or smirking please. Kinda nervous here :-)?

Well that one part with air made me giggle a little... I can't say what that's called on this forum lol. I've had 3 kids and when I sneeze I have to cross my legs lol. I'm actually getting surgery for that soon, as it runs in all the females in my mom's side of the family. Everyone gets a shooting pain through their nipple sometimes.. The air thing has probably happened to us all at some point or another, usually during exercise or sex. It doesn't smell.. If you sit with your legs gaped open, you're more likely to get air sucked up there and when you stand up, it will expel.
